John Galt International was founded in 2002, by Candida Fridman. As Founding Director, Candida has over twenty years experience working with organizations in over forty countries, developing businesses, strategic consulting, training and development, and coaching teams and individuals.

Candida Fridman is the creator of the QUEST model for Critical Thinking.

Our unique methodology has been developed by combining the tools and learning methods from a variety of countries, cultures, and organizations to ensure that individuals are motivated and committed, and enabling people to maximize their potential. We focus on practical and personalized approaches to the needs of our clients.
